Blanca Bar was established nine months after its grown-up sister restaurant Blanca Dining opened its doors. Set on Bondi, one of the world’s most beautiful beaches, Blanca Bar is a whole lot of fun. 

The quirky menu of handmade Japanese pub food is bursting with flavours and creativity. Relaxed and inviting, you can pop in for a drink and a snack or stay the night and order the lot.

The bespoke cocktail list has been designed in collaboration with Tomi Bjorck’s bartender friends from around the globe. Serving Blanca’s divine Signature Drinks, a wide range of Sake, cold beer and a global wine list – you’ll want to stay for more than one.
