When Tomi opened his first restaurant Farang, over ten years ago he was wearing a Clement chef jacket. For over a decade Tomi has worn Clement chef jackets and he continues to wear them today.

The French company Clement x Pajunen have provided all of the chef jackets and front of house uniforms to Tomi’s restaurant since day one.
